Prices for custom design and personal assembly services are provided on a project-by-project basis.
Once you have decided to move forward, 50% is required to start the ordering process of your custom invitations and will be applied to your order.
The minimum order is 10 units (in the same item and same color).
Creative Designs by Mimi accepts personal check, money order or cashier’s check. Please allow 7 – 10 days for funds to clear before your order is submitted for processing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Please make checks payable to Creative Designs by Mimi. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday within 2 – 5 business days. Custom design and/or personal assembly orders may take 10 business days to ship. Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 Because I am located in Contra Costa County, California, orders are subject to 9.25% sales tax (as of April 1, 2009).
Creative Designs by Mimi only accepts refunds on damaged or defective items. All claims pertaining to damaged or defective items must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please let me know as soon as possible if there is something wrong with your order. All sales are final for all assembly services.
